By sending your photo to TCAF, you are stating that you grant permission to Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation to use the photos included in the email for use on their website, social media and in any other media campaigns for an unlimited amount of time. The Photographer hereby warrants that he/she is the sole creator of these images and owns all rights granted by law.
