Can i donate or sell a testicle?

Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation does not accept donations of any body part, nor do we facilitate the exchange of organs for financial gain in any capacity.

Testicular donations and transplants are not commonly performed, largely due to the ethical concerns and surgical risks associated with such a procedure.

  • Any child fathered by the recipient of a donor testicle would carry the DNA of the donor individual and NOT the recipient

  • Testicles are non-essential organs and require lifelong use of anti-rejection medication to maintain

  • It is not legal in the United States to sell organs for transplantation

  • There is very little demand, if any, in the medical community for testicles for research purposes

We do not participate in organ transplant exchange and cannot provide any information related to the donation or sale of testicles.
