An International Gathering of Testicular Cancer Survivors, patients, Caregivers, and TC Medical Community.
We are focused on bringing an international group of testicular cancer patients, survivors and their loved ones together to address the physical and emotional toll of being diagnosed and treated for a cancer at a young age. We discuss life with and after cancer, and lifestyle changes that can help the healing process. We invite a panel of medical experts to provide pertinent information for patients currently fighting and resources for long-term survivorship.

Keynote/Guest Speakers
Dr. Phillip M. Pierorazio, MD - James Buchanan Brady Urological Institute, Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Dr. Phillip Pierorazio is an Associate Professor of Urology and Oncology, Director, Division of Testis Cancer at the Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Pierorazio is originally from New York, received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City where he completed a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship in Urological Oncology.

Dr. Tracy D. Vannorsdall, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences
Tracy D. Vannorsdall, Ph.D., is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist and Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and the Department of Neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her doctoral degree in psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2006 following a one-year internship in clinical neuropsychology at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. Dr. Vannorsdall then completed a three-year clinical and research fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She joined the faculty in 2009 and is currently an Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Training in the Division of Medical Psychology.
Her work with patients provides insight and motivation for her research, which focuses on developing methods to improve cognitive functioning in those at risk for neuropsychological declines due to illness and medical treatments. She is exploring the potential benefits of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), a low-risk and non-invasive brain stimulation technique, as a means of enhancing cognitive functioning and reducing fatigue in medical disorders including cancer and COVID-19. She also collaborates on projects aiming to reduce the negative cognitive effects of brain radiation.
Chris Bordoni - Resilience, reinvention, and personal growth
Chris Bordoni is a teacher, coach, and entrepreneur. While Chris has had his share of successes - All-America athlete, ex-BCG consultant, founder of his own company, and podcast host - he faced several life changing setbacks along the way, including a battle with Stage 3B cancer at age 30. In the process, Chris learned the power of resilience and committed to helping others grow from adversity.

Dr. Khalid AlKhatib, Clinical Research Fellow Urology Division, Center of Surgery and Public Health Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School
After graduating medical school from the National University of Ireland, and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, he spent a year as a urology intern in Saudi Arabia before coming to the US for his Research Fellowship.
Dr. Khalid is a testicular cancer survivor after being diagnosed at the age of 18 and later recurrence at 28. His medical education and career evolved around testicular cancer, eventually aspiring to become a urological oncologist.
Dr. Khalid’s current research interest is in access to health care, health services, urological cancers, and cancer survivorship.

BJ Lange - TC Survivor & Commentator
BJ Lange is a retired USAF Reserve medic, two-time testicular cancer survivor, and president of Professional Dumbass, LLC.
An actor and comedian, BJ is an alumnus of iO West (formerly improvOlympic West), Upright Citizens Brigade Los Angeles, and a graduate and teacher at The Second City Hollywood. BJ serves as an ambassador and mentor in the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program where he also serves as comedy coach teaching applied improv as part of the resiliency programs. BJ is also a proud cast member of DIAVOLO Dance Theatre’s Veterans Project a member of the Veterans of Comedy, the American Legion, and serves on staff of Veterans in Media & Entertainment. He is the company emcee for Warriors For Peace Theatre.
Furthering his advocacy he serves on the artist council for Armed Services Arts Partnership and as a board member of Combat Boots & Cancer.
