Testicular Cancer Center of Excellence Application
Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation is a nonprofit organization that strives to spread awareness, support the fight against testicular cancer and continue to save lives. We appreciate your interest in the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundations Centers of Excellence Program, and your participation will help us further our mission.
At TCAF we work tirelessly to improve early detection and treatment outcomes through our testicular cancer conferences, academic education, outreach & awareness, and financial assistance programs. While testicular cancer is considered a relatively rare disease, the quality of care and expertise of providers significantly impacts patient outcomes. Approximately 10,000 new cases are diagnosed each year in the United States alone.
Earning the designation of a ‘Center of Excellence’ helps ensure that men receive consistent, reliable, and expert care for testicular cancer treatment. Our goal is for this program to serve as a trusted resource for testicular cancer patients, with designated centers worldwide featured on our website and social media platforms to reach our extensive patient network.
It is the goal of our Center of Excellence Program to be inclusive and global – the more expert care available, the better. However, to maintain high standards, institutions must demonstrate specialized expertise in testicular cancer treatment. All applications undergo a comprehensive review by TCAF and our Medical Advisory Team, with acceptance based on established criteria, professional reputation, patient feedback, and demonstrated commitment to testicular cancer care.
In addition, individuals who demonstrate expertise but do not meet the criteria for a designated center will be recognized as TCAF Individuals of Excellence.
We look forward to receiving your application and the opportunity to collaborate in advancing testicular cancer care.
